I purchased one of these Woof Concepts leashes approximately 3 years ago for our strong puller who has reactivity. I was initially attracted to the "secure" design of the clip that reduced the likelihood of an unwanted disconnect. Just recently however this leash failed in the exact scenario in which we needed it most when the clip head detached from the collar, resulting in our dog charging some other dogs and injuring himself in the process. I contacted Woof Concept and they kindly sent me a replacement, however upon inspecting the replacement leash it appears to use the exact same design as the previous leash so unfortunately it looks like given enough time and use this one will also fail in the exact same way. These leashes might be ok for smaller dogs or dogs without reactivity, but for strong pullers and reactive dogs it is imperative that you purchase a different leash with a more reliable design that won't fail from regular everyday use.

This is my third leash and by far my fav design! 1st leash and collar I purchased was when my GSD was only a puppy then had to upgrade and I got the waterproof leash and loved it but I left it at the camp site by accident and here I am for this donut pattern! No complaints. Highly recommend!

Great leash. We absolutely like the buckle feature especially during the summer as we are always out and about. Clasp is very sturdy and feels well made. We absolutely recommend any of their leashes. We will most likely buy the matching collar when our current one breaks.
