I like the waterproof feature. Collar is soft and waterproof is as advertised. Very responsive customer service and shipping took 2 days! Leash has the buckle feature that I absolutely love. I like how easy the product cleans and the harness is well built. I recommend this product !

We are so happy with the starter kit. Our pup wore it all summer. It’s super durable, the harness fits well and we got great instructions on how to use each component of the kit. My only two comments are: the leash has no secondary handle (lower down) and with the material being waterproof it can be challenging to get a good grip. We aren’t able to use the leash as a wrap around the waist leash because it doesn’t give the dog enough length. The second thing is regarding the harness. We ordered a large for golden retriever and it’s at its max length on our dog and it JUST fits. I would recommend getting an XL and adjusting for larger breeds (labs goldens ect.). Otherwise, we are very happy with it.

We got the Apex collar and leash over 3 years ago, and while they are still in perfect condition they started to smell of wet dog because well… our pup is a big swimmer! It was time for a change and I’m so glad Woof Concept developed a waterproof version of a basically the same kit we had 🩵
It looks good, dries quickly, the buckle on the leash is a feature I don’t think we can live without now. Harness is super easy to put on, and it’s a local company! What else could we ask for?

Okay, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I saw an ad on this product about stink resistant and a month into using the product, everything - I mean everything washes right of and no smell at all. I threw out all my other leashes and will only be using this one going forward. It's definitely waterproof and this is now my only go to leash. I am happy with the product and everything is as advertised. I just hope it will last me a year or 2 before i need to replace - we will see.
