The mammoth hook is made with solid iron and is nickel plated to resist weather. The carabiner clip comes with a lock for extra security.

Clip attachment works great. Decent priced for the build quality but wish they made longer leashes so it can provide more slack when using the clip attachment.

I love this leash but unfortunately it does not work well with the matching harness (large). The clip on the leash is too small to work with the double rings on the harness. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to attach it to both rings with no luck. I love the buckle on the end for securing to chairs and poles while on restaurant patios but sadly I can't use it with the harness which fits my dog so well.

the function of the buckle with this leash is an excellent idea and well thought out. Me and my girls go on coffee dates a lot and this leash makes the attachment to the chair an absolutely breeze. Perfect for patio days. Well constructed nylon and feels great.

I bought this leash with a large harness for my malamute. The harness feels and looks great, but it’s so hard to attach the clip to the loops. The gap isn’t big enough when you fold the latch of the clip, it’s like if the loop can’t get all the way through. It’s a hassle to get one of the loop on and I always give up before getting the second one on, so the harness always slides to one side. I wish the tip of the latch on the clip was shorter so it would take me 4 min to attach it to the harness or collar. Sadly, was excited about this product but won’t be buying it again!

I was hoping for this leash with a regular clip and a 4' length, because WOW the colour is amazing! I sent off an email expecting that this wouldn't be possible, but figuring at least I would ask. There was a small customization fee, but Karin who replied was so sweet about it, and the whole thing was done and the leash was on its way within days! The leash is also amazing, such good quality and really beautiful. Highly recommend.
